Artwork Submission Guidelines
 | Submit at least three photos of your work for review. |
| We will notify you within two weeks to let you know the
art jury's decision. |
| Submit photos electronically via email, on cd, or
diskette -- Please note, I do not have a zip disk. |
| jpg format, 5X7's or 8X10's, already cropped.
Please note, I'll reduce to fit the page layout, but I won't crop your
images. |
| 72 dpi, RGB color mode, with dithering to smooth out
gradations. If you send higher quality dpi, I will reduce the
quality to speed up image downloading. |
| In addition to faster loading, 72 dpi also protects your work. It's detailed enough for the web page,
but grainy when printed |
| Each page will be limited to no more than 100k to make loading pages faster.

| You can submit more than three (3) images. Costs for additional images
is $5.00/image, if in digital format. |
| Please submit studio-quality images. We will let you know ASAP
if we need better quality images. |
| txt or doc format (word pad or Microsoft word format)
for your text, short bio, pricing and contact information. |
| Referrals to technology people. If you do not have a scanner or digital camera, we can
refer you to one of our member photographers who can convert your print to
digital format. Kinko's or Office Max also provide the service. Idaho Art
Net charges $25.00 to scan and digitally format 4-6 images onto a CD.

Article Submission Guidelines
| Only member artists can submit articles for possible
publication. |
| Limit article length to 2 letter size pages, Times New
Roman or Arial, size 12 font, single or double spacing. |
| Please edit for grammar and spelling, but we still
reserve the right to edit your article. Please let us know ahead of time
if you want us to send you an edited copy before we publish. |
| If there are too many errors to correct, but we like
the gist of the article, we may return it to you for further proofing and
editing. |
| We will notify you within 2 weeks, if your submission
will be published. We will publish your submission the following month, or
the one after that. |
| As soon as you're notified of publication, please
submit 3-6 additional images of your work so that we can publish it
along the margins of your article. Please follow the membership Artwork Submission Guidelines. See
monthly newsletter or previous articles to see how your images will be
displayed in the article. |
| The article page will be hyperlinked to your
artist's portfolio page. |
