Why support Idaho Art Net?
Our goal is to help artists and communities that are in rural and under-represented cities and towns. We offer quality, handcrafted artwork at reasonable prices; and our membership and commission fee structure is possibly the lowest in the industry. Please see the About Us section to find out more about idahoartnet.com. Although buying art is our preference, there are many other ways to support our efforts
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Browsing and searching in the Idaho Art Net website
Browse by category or by artist. Once you're in the artist portfolio section, just keep clicking the next button to cycle through all the portfolios. The portfolios are filed and sectioned by category. The portfolio listing page, however, is alphabetically arranged for your convenience.
Horizontal navigational bars at the top and bottom of the page will move you from section to section, the vertical navigational bars on the left side will move you within a section. Each section is color-coded to match the navigational bar. The art images in the margins will hyperlink you to the artist's portfolio, or to the beginning portfolio in that art category. The ads will take you to that affiliate's or advertiser's website. Before you wander off to another website, bookmark our home page, so you can make your way back to www.idahoartnet.com
If you can't find what you're looking for, please send as an e-mail to sales@idahoartnet.com and we'll be happy to help you locate what you're looking for.
Original Artwork, Limited Edition
All the items sold by the artisans of Idaho Art Net are certified to be original, individually, handcrafted pieces or fall under the category of "antiques & collectibles." Variations in color and design will occur; and pieces may be in very limited quantity (one, in some cases).
Prices:
Our price range varies from $10.00 for backscratchers to well over $1000.00 dollars for a bronze sculpture. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will collect the Idaho sales taxes of 5% on all sales.
If you're concerned about how much the artist gets, this is a brief of our fee structure. Idaho Art Net charges each artist an annual fee of $50.00, plus 10% of the sales. E-commerce Program participants are charged $75.00 annually, plus 15% of sales. Discounts and trades are available. We quite possibly have the lowest commission structure in the industry, where the norm is 30-40% of the sales.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Payment Method:
Idaho Art Net (idahoartnet.com) accepts most major credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. Not all member artists participate in Idaho Art Net's E-Commerce Program. You (the customer) must contact these artists directly to verify acceptable payment methods and ordering procedures.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Satisfaction Guarantee
Most items (with the exception of commissioned work & other special ordered items) may be returned within 10 business days from receipt of package. No refunds will be processed after 10 days. To minimize returns, we highly recommend that you ask for more pictures, ask more questions and verify as much information as possible (i.e., size, weight, color, fabric, etc.) prior to purchasing. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for original and return shipping charges.
Returning Items
Please contact the artist or Idaho Art Net prior to returning an item, not doing so may delay receipt of credit. You are solely responsible for return shipping, including loss or damage. Therefore, we highly recommend that you (the customer)) use only carriers (i.e., UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc.) capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the artwork.
Retain your proof of delivery receipt until you receive credit.  This is your only proof that the merchandise was returned to the artist or to idahoartnet.com. In order to receive credit, the returned product must be 100% complete and in re-sale able condition. If any part of the shipment is missing, Idaho Art Net and the artist reserves the right to charge you for replacement.
If the artist does not participate in the e-commerce program, contact the artist directly or contact us at sales@idahoartnet.com
Processing Time
Your order will be processed within five business days. However, circumstances may warrant exceptions to this policy. We are working with individual artists with varying schedules and workloads, so delays may occur. Most of our artisans have day jobs, some work night shifts, or occasionally go out of town on business. We also cannot guarantee shipping orders on weekends and holidays because in many small towns Post Offices and UPS counters are closed. We will, however, put forth our best effort to ship items out as quickly as possible.
Shipping and Handling
Idaho Art Net (idahoartnet.com) uses USPS, UPS, and Fedex shipping services. USPS and UPS is available in most areas; Fedex and any type of overnight shipping are not always available in smaller towns. www.fedex.com
www.ups.com
We can only ship to one address per order. If you want items shipped to a different address, you will need to place a different order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Your item will ship directly from the artist's studio, idahoartnet.com does not warehouse any of the artworks. Large or oversized items may require additional shipping time. We will advise you of any delays and the progress of your orders.
Please let sales@idahoartnet.com know if you are experiencing an extended wait time for a shipment from an artist; we may be able to help expedite the process.
USPS: United States Postal Service — Allow 5 days for order processing, plus 3–6 business days for shipping. UPS orders can be tracked.
FedEx — FedEx
charges slightly more for residential deliveries. Allow 5 days for order processing, plus 2–5 business days for shipping. FedEx orders can be tracked.
UPS and FEDEX will not ship to an APO/FPO or PO Box address (even if the UPS driver knows you). So please send us a street address.
UPS Ground. Large items can be shipped via UPS ground. It is less expensive that regular UPS delivery, but can add an additional 5-7 days to shipping time.
Truck Shipment — Charges and shipping time for a truck shipment vary depending on distance, season, weight, bulk, etc. Carriers establish their own rates for delivery; we will choose the best carrier service for your area. We will contact you as soon as we have a quote from the carrier.
Limitation of Liability.
Idahoartnet.com will advise you of estimated shipping dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
