SEPTEMBER

Boise: BAM - Art in the Park
Annual: September 6,7, and 8,  2002
Established in 1950's. Juried event has been a tradition that has grown from a clothesline display of art to the region's largest annual arts and crafts festival. It features the artwork of over 300 artists displayed in Julia Davis Park. Art work include pottery, fiber, photography, stained glass, paintings, etc. Live entertainment, park performances, wonderful food prepared by more than 30 concessionaires, as well as "hands-on" art activities for children.

Boise: Museum Comes To Life
Annual: September
Established in 1969. Historical arts & crafts, activities, and food. Great family fun! Free admission for general public.

Boise: City Arts Celebration
Annual: September
Established in 1991. Kick-off celebration is an evening of entertainment highlighting fall programming and the diversity of the arts in Boise. The Mayor's Awards take place at the end of the month and honor people in the community who have given to the arts.
