Artists' Bio: Johnny and Barbara Hammond
Barbara and Johnny Hammond
are long time residents of Challis, Idaho. They are retired and spend most
of their time helping their grown children "catch up with life." The
remaining hours, they spend tending to their garden and lawn, popping dandelions off
the grass, metal detecting, and creating gifts. Over the years, Johnny has
built birdhouses, bowls, trains, reindeers, snowman, santas and other wood
projects. Barbara paints them and together they spend hours building
Christmas presents for friends and family.
Johnny and Barbara have three grown
children, five grandchildren, and two great grand children.
